Nicole has nearly 27 years of accounting experience, with more than half of her career in the banking industry.  She started with Spring Bank in November of 2019.  Previously, she worked for Securant Bank in Milwaukee.

Process improvement, serving her internal customers, and being a resource to others are the favorite aspects of her job.  Nicole has a degree from UW-Milwaukee and the Graduate School of Banking, with a focus on Executive Leadership.  She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2001.
